I am having a problem where I get the following error:

ERROR: A lock is not available for DATA.INSMATCHED.DATA, lock held by
another process.

If I create a new directory and new libname and copy the dataset to
that new directory then I can run it again. Also, the work directory
has a locked file that looks like a temporary dataset in my work
directory. How can I clear this lock???
