If your configured the same e-mail account in your wife's computer, the
outlook will download all the e-mails to the computer.

Have a nice day

And have you tried with a new Outlook profile, as I described?

From: jhinblack on
I did all of that as you told me to, but still nothing happens when i click
on send and receive. I did delete my account from my wifes pc, just to make
sure that that was the reason for the problem. My email did work in the
past, stopped working last week Monday.
I also did put other accounts on, all will only send, not receive. I have 5
emails for my business through GoDaddy, all the work but mine. Any more
suggestions please?
