You have posted no information. Why would you expect an Outlook version
several years out of support to work?

Start Outlook in its safe mode which does not load any add-ons that you
installed into Outlook.

outlook.exe /safe

If that works, an add-on that you installed doesn't work with the old
version of Outlook.

And DETAIL the steps to reproduce the error or problem.
