How can I rank the top 5 or 10 items in the category for a location.
Location PSA Category item Day 1 day 2 day 3 day 4 day 5 day 6
1501 17 Grill Hot dog 10 12 3 8

each category can have over humderd items and I only want top 5 or top 10
item show up.

Use a PivotTable, and then a Top x filter?
