Had some issues, so i re-booted two times, now my reading pane option is not
even available to click.
Seems like i have a technical issue, can anyone help?

Version of Outlook? Its not listed on the View menu?

Find and delete outcmd.dat - if you paste this line into Window Explorer's
address bar, the window should open to the correct folder:
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
