I have an Inspiron 2200. It has worked great but lately it is starting to
fail.
My desktop and other laptop (an Acer netbook) all have XP-SP3 as does the
Inspiron.

The Inspiron is starting to fail and at this point I'd rather replace it
with an inexpensive but newer laptop.

I am hesitant to get a Windows 7 OS. Is there any way to get a new system
with XP via Dell? Any recommendations? My needs are modest (web-surfing,
spreadsheet, word processing).
