Hi, I just installed the latest update to office 2003, which included
Office Genuine Advantage. now every time I use outlook I am told it is
invalid. it is not. I own two copies of the software. it is entirely
possible that there are four installations off one cd, and two off the
other. how can I tell? Please do not ask me to call telephone support.
I have so little time as it is I refuse to get involved with another
long-winded bureaucratic session. microsoft ought to have a better way
to handle this. is there perchance an email contact?

all i need to know (I hope) is which copy is installed on MY computer.

thanks...

well for the life of me I can't understand what microsoft is telling
my. it seems I need to activate the product - but it is already
activated. does MS really think the average person has time for this
nonsense? I am really only being hassled by outlook, so maybe I will
find an email client that is less troublesome.
