I have a strange problem and I dont know where to start.

I have a user that send zipped files to customer, the problem is,
that if the zip file is too big or bigger than 258kb it just dont get attached
but if the zip file is smaller than that it attaches with no problem, I get
no error
OL jst does not do anything, just dont attach the zip file

Outlook has no size limitations on what you can attach. Whether or not you'd
be able to send a file 250MB in size depends on your mail service provider,
the mail provider of the recipient, and the mailbox size of the recipient as
well as the speeds of the various network routes between you and that person.

Describe the steps you're using to attach the document and exactly where the
process breaks down.
