I am using Access 2007 for my database.

When I run the query, the output on the screen looks right. For
example:

First Last Company Group
Jane Doe ABC, inc. Managers

When I run the report, which points to this query, I get:

First Last Company Group
Jane Doe ABC, inc. Managers
DEF co Sr. Managers
Widgets, inc. Cafeteria staff

The ABC, inc. is highlighted in blue. I do not know why it is showing
the data from the other companies.

The table that I am pulling from is pulling the company names as a
SELECT clause from another table.

When I go in the design view from the report, the "Company" and
and the "first" and "last" are clear (they are the ones showing up
correctly).

Please advise (step by step instructions would be great).
