When I open another account at my credit union and then try to add the
account to Quicken 2010 Delx, the following fails:

1) open quicken
2) perform a one step update
a) enter the password for the vault
b) select desired FI's, but not the one with the new account
c) close one step update.
....perform any other work...
3) Click "add account"
4) click "Savings" and "Next"
5) To the question "Are you adding another account from an institution that
you are already using in Quicken?" select "yes", "the FI from list", and
"Next" (note I already have multiple accounts that work at this FI)
6) following selecting "Next" Quicken at this point does not respond. I can
only cancel the operation.

If however I now exit quicken and restart and immediately go to step 3 then
when I run steps 3-6 the result is a request for my password to the vault,
then it asks for the password for the FI and continues with the input of the
account information. This has occurred at all 4 of the FI's that I have
were I have added accounts (purchased CD's) since I upgraded to Quicken 10.
I am not certain if I ever saw the problem with Quicken 9.

It appears to me to be a bug in the program that I am able to work around
by closing and restarting Quicken. It appears to me that If the password
vault is already open then the "add account" does not know how to respond. I
do not know any way to close the password vault except by restarting the
program. I do not see that it is file related, but wondering if others have
seen this response.

Thanks

Art
