If the above didn't help try to Uninstall the Video Driver then reload them,
make sure before uninstalling you have the right software for the Video
card?.
About the System File checker, it is normal to finish with some statistic
and if you are not quick it will disappear quickly, so that Normal and it
does create a log on your system but it will be be of a help as such!.
