Your usenet statement on OSR doesn't work, since they do support news.
As far as the google group that was referred to in the earlier email,
this is a usenet group they just gave the google way to access it.

The reason I asked for the forum, is that Microsoft is supposed to
monitor this group, and respond. Though of course since most of the
senior Microsoft developers are on OSR.

They were "supposed to"; however, in my experience MS has never honored that
pledge. Granted, Doron and a few others occasionally provided answers;
however, they were doing so in their spare time and on their own nickel.
You can continue posting here using an alternate news server and you will be
just as likely to get a response from MS as before.
