The link is broken, but it can be found here: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/astebner/archive/2008/08/28/8904493.aspx Cleanup Utility looks like something to try ~only if~ removing the .Net frameworks in Add/remove programs doesn't work. Reboot and then Download and re-install the .NET components (Follow the re-install advice (with download links) in the first webpage above.)

If so then won't something malfunction, and then how to replace the items,etc.? BTW, problem with yellow shield returned this AM ... Can't delete 2nd .NET framework item with error message that other applications are depending on it etc. 1st item already deleted. What to do next ? 1st item is now missing! ...
