When trying to open Outlook, I get the following message: Cannot start

A quick search either here or in Google would have given you the solution to
this very common problem far quicker than you got here.
Start-Run. Type in "Outlook.exe /resetnavpane" (without the quotes)

Do as Gordon posted but make sure you leave an empty space between exe and /
otherwise that command will not work
