windows 7 Professional 64Bit running IIS

i have a corrupt IIS_Schema.xml file, and cannot edit, replace,
rename... anything.

any ideas??

Probably quickest would be to uninstall IIS (make sure the file is removed),
and then reinstall it. Make a copy of your applicationHost.config so that
you can quickly restore your IIS configuration.

because of the corruption in the schema, i cannot uninstall IIS...
