Not in a corpirate world, Flash and Java are required. There are many Java applets. I
use IBM/Lotus SameTim which is one big Java applet. Then there all the training videos
done in Flash.

Other IM's and IRC no problem there :-)

Yeah, as if those aren't problems... anyway, you *can* limit access,
control the applications and their access, control JAVA, and whatever
else you might be competent and authorized to do within your
organization, so yes, additional policy restrictions are still
applicable, even within the individual "Software Restrictions policy" as
might apply.
