I am trying to draw resource histogram for all resources in a project. Right
now, if I choose resource graph, I am able view it only for a single
resource. I want to view the allocation for all resources for the entire
duration of the project.

Hi Mahalakshmi,
here one possibilty how you can get it:
- Split window
- Select 'Resource Usage' view in the top pane
- Select 'Resource Graph' view in the bottom pane
- Right click in the bottom pane to open context menu
- Open Bar Styles…
- Change settings in the left column (Selected resources) from 'Don't Show'
to 'Bar'
- Change settings in the right column (Resource) from 'Bar' to 'Don't Show'
Resource Graph will show allocation for resources selected in top pane.
Does that help?

Regards
Barbara

Hoi,

If you want the histogram for the total work of all the resources (one bar
per period showing the total only) look at
http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs.htm
Faq 38: combined resoruce graph

However, if you want a stacked histogram, that is not feasible in Project
Standard or Professional, only in Project Server.

Hope this helps,
