Can someone please tell me how to block a whole bunch of IP from a
certain ISP?

If I were to block a range of IP, from aaa.bbb.ccc.000 to aaa.bbb.ccc.
255 --- How would I do that?

I have heard about "HOSTS file" but I do not know how to block a whole
range of IP using that "HOSTS file" thing.

Can anyone please help?

Thank you !

The Sygate firewall does that also, which is why I am still using it.
However Norton bought and killed it, so you can't get the professional
version any more. You can still find the free version, but it only
allows 10 rules. Rules can be complex, so you can include several
ranges and/or individual ip addresses in one rule.

But isn't it recommended not to use that firewall because it has a
security exploit? I seem to remember reading that and is why I stopped
using it long ago.
