Several responses have told to do it with Disk Utility. If you want a
Detailed Description, open Disk Utility, click on the Help item in the
menu bar, and type "Copy DVD" or something like that in the search
box. You will get several answers. Click on the one that sounds most
applicable to your needs, and then follow the recipe that it shows
exactly. Toast Titanium makes it easier, as several people have
pointed out, but the recipe from Disk Utility Help will work for you
free of charge.

1. Use Disk Utility to create a "CD/DVD Master" format disk image of the
DVD.
2. Then use Disk Utility to burn that disk image to a new, blank disc.
