There's a lot more to it than this, but here's the down 'n dirty: 1)
Create your page as you normally would, 2) File > Save As Template, 3)
Create a new file based on the newly saved template (there are a
number of ways to do this). Now for the fun part: Inserting the
various types of Editable / Repeatable / Optional regions. I know this
isn't much to go on, but hopefully it's enough to get you started.
