What extensions do you have installed? Toolbar.xml and menu.xml errors are
the hallmark of having installed DW4-level extensions in DW6+ versions....

i tried with clean install and upgrade to 6.1 and still get errors. Extensions are not the issue it seems.

This process will not dump your extensions. What extensions do you have
installed?

i tried without all extensions. what file do I need to delete? If I delete
all on configuration folder I will have to reinstall them again which took a
while. I had issue before I installed them as well though. See.

So I just delete the FileCache.dat file?
