I have a new computer with Windows 7 and Office 2007. It will not install
FrontPage 2003 because it is looking for an older version of Office. Is there
a way around this Issue.

It sounds like you have an upgrade version of FrontPage 2003, to install it you must have a CD for a previous version of FrontPage - this can be a standalone version of FrontPage or a version of Office that includes FrontPage (Office without FrontPage will not work, despite the message).

The way around this is to obtain a full version of FP, or upgrade to Expression Web - version 4 is to be launched tomorrow (June 7 2010), and you qualify for upgrade pricing.
