Check the packaging closely. I bought a box of generic Staples labels
recently which mysteriously used a very similar set of numbers to describe
them, differentiated only by extra letters.

IIRC Staples are just rebranded Avery.
The Viking ref for the 3x7 is LA21-100, no relation to the Avery series.
