i would like to know what it mean level1, level2 & level3 schedules?

You might be referring to something other than the outline levels as they
are defined in MS Project by the indent levels.
I have seen these referred to as, basically, different degrees of detail.
Level 1 is rough.
Level 2 is not so rough etc.
The divisions are arbitrary.
