I have a laptop with XP, every time I logon with my password it

probably corrupted. Use the Administrator account (Safe Mode) to make a new
account and delete the corrupted one if everything works.

What key do I hit for safe mode ..... this is a Toshiba Laptop and I'm used
to my old compac

I got in safe mode and tried to log on as administrator, it took me back to
logon on page. Then I tried to log on to the user account with the password
and it again took me back to the logon page.
