From: Novrad on 4 Nov 2006 13:29 Does anyone know where I can get an alternate file version of mfcu71.dll. The version I have is 7.10.3077.0? I'm looking for version 7.10.4301.0 and a Google search and Ask search gave no help - except to call MS for it, but $$$$$$.

So, I guess it isn't necessary to the function of Windows XP Pro and is therefore not of any consequence to those using this newsgroup. Update the program that requires it, and you'll get the latest version.

It's an Microsoft Foundation Class (MFC) file, so reinstall/update Dot Net. It was used temporarily with IE7 Beta.

I did a search for mfcu71.dll and nothing came up. However, mfc71.dll did. Is this what you are looking for? The only version number on those sites were 7.10.3077.0 . I just read bigjon's post.
