I dont seem to get it. You are entering ID and password and it is
kicking you out?

Years ago I screwed up my password and could not get the security
questions right. Phone support would not reset the password unless I
knew the security questions. I ended up getting them to delete the
account and recreating it. Much easier to do today than it was then.
I am not sure if that fixes your problem but it is worth a try.
