The past couple months I've had this problem with Outlook 2003 (SP2) simply
quitting very often. I have not been able to see what event is triggering
this misbehavior.

From the event viewer of the error, the "Source" is Microsoft Office 11, the
event ID is 1000, and here is the description:

Faulting application outlook.exe, version 11.0.6565.0, stamp 42cacc7d,
faulting module outlph.dll, version 11.0.6550.0, stamp 4239dfdc, debug? 0,
fault address 0x00008206.


I am running XP Pro, Version 2002, SP2.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
