not
: know they existed. They are not on the list to the left here; could you

1: Are the messages you are not receiving on the server's Webmail site?

2: In Tools | Accounts | Mail Accounts, make sure all your addresses are
correct, especially the Reply address. (Which you can leave blank if you
want the replies to go to the same address sent from).

1: Server is Orange. Huge number of spam messages, (which I have removed),

but could not find family messages. Do they perhaps expire after a certain
number of days?

2. Have cleared the Reply address now. Still curious as to why should I be
able to send but not receive? Is there a way to test my email account for
receiving?

3. What is the email address or telephone number to check my Freeserve
username is still valid with Orange and that the account is "live"

Thanks for your help - Ian

1: If the messages are not on the server, it is either an account setting,
or you exceeded the limit Orange gives you on their server. In your
account properties / advances, remove the checkmark to leave a copy on the
server, or set it to delete after X days.

2: Same answer as above.

3: Got Google? You don't know your ISP's telephone number? Should be on
your bill.
