Hi Try:

Insert Work column or apply Work Table
Copy Work column to Excel
Use Replace to remove h for hours
Use formula to calculate new values copy paste back into Project Work
column.

From: Trevor Rabey on
Insert a spare number field with a formula [Work]*(7/10) then copy and paste
the result into the Work field.
Of course, this will immediately change also the duration or the assignment
units depeneding on the task type and effort driven settings for each task.
You could set them all to Fixed Duration before the paste.
