Whenever I go to right click with my pen, the little ring animation
does not appear. If I wait long enough, I will be able to right click,
but that animation never shows up.

Also, if I go to the Tablet and Pen Settings control panel applet, if
I go to the Pen Options tab and click the Settings button for Pen
Actions, nothing happens.

What could be wrong, and how could I fix one or both of these issues?

Could be something as simple as changing the nib on the pen. Sometimes the
signal isn't being picked up properly if the settings are proper. If you
respond, please indicate which Tablet PC you're on, and what operating
system you're running, in addition to if you're using Wacom or Finepoint
drivers.

I'm using Finepoint drivers on a Gateway CX200S with XP Tablet PC
Edition 2005. The right click functionality works, it's just that the
animation doesn't display, and if I go to save anything on the Pen
Options tab, it does not save.

LOL! That would make a difference. I would check to see whatever program
