Yes indeed!

Congratulations on obtaining the necessary environmental permits to
finally break ground!

That is probably more difficult than the actual engineering and
building.

requiring scrubbers and other emissions controls is "kneecapping" the coal
industry...

Isn't it "kneecapping" to say you're going to break the back of the
coal industry, when clean coal technology is already functioning
nicely?

The beauty of Obama's kill coal stance is that it will do the most
economic damage to the "Blue States"... good for him, I love it when
Democrats get their just deserts :-)
