Three network charging for free picture messages

From: Win2Kuser on 10 Jul 2010 06:03 Hi, first post, so please be gentle with me :) Righty then, my partner recently signed up with Three for a Nokia X6 on an Internet Texter 100 tariff. The plan comes with unlimited Internet, unlimited text messages, free skype to skype, free msn etc. It also comes with 120 free picture mails per month. My partner has just had her bill, and they have charged over �20 in picture messages. 100 odd picture messages at 21.1 pence per message! Because she was under the impression that she could send 120 pictures for free, she has been sending pictures left right, and center for the last month. On inspection, the only options for sending a picture on her phone is by message, bluetooth, share on OVI, or upload (presumably to Facebook etc). I have been in touch with Three, and from what I could understand (Indian woman with a really broad accent I couldn't understand), a picture mail is not a picture message, but I couldn't make out what she was trying to say. Anyone able to shed some light on this, what exactly is a picture mail and how does it differ from a picture message. Thanks in advance :) -- Win2Kuser

Sounds like one of those "With your 500MB internet allowance you can download 1000 web pages, send 120 picture emails....." to me
