My computer which was working good for many years have broken down. It
shows nothing in the screen except "THE SIGNAL CABLE DISCONNECT" when i
turn it on. It doesn't produce any sound. I have replaced the RAM in
another slot, It did not work out too. What shall I do? Please help me!

Thank You

Could be anything, power supply, motherboard, video card. If it makes no
beeps, it's more likely power supply or MB. Call a local computer
repair shop for a diagnosis and repair estimate.

Maybe you should try reconnecting the cable that goes from the computer
to the monitor...

you know i have gone to many repairing centers but the problem is my
village, there are only a very few repairing centers and they are not
experts at computer repairing. I have tried this in a different news
group too but they did not give me a proper reply. i have replaced the
VGA also but It remains the same
