Pat,
Thank you for your reply. My Permissions were set at Full Trust and I have
version 1.1.4322.573. I also tried the free help from Microsoft without
sucess or reply. They had me remove the net framework with the Windows
installer clean up and download three files. They were the net fremework
redistributalbe package 1.1, the sp for it 1.1 and the new service pack
KB886903 that started all this. When I saved the first one is was not sure
to save to C:\ or C:|windows but I selected C:\ first and installed. Then I
tried the second one and I get an error message that it cannot find
file"tmp53.tmp" and will not install. I uninstalled again and saved to
C:|window with the same result. Do you have any suggestions for me? I do
not even know what .net frameword is or if I even need so I am really in the
dark and must rely on you MVP's that have been so helpfull to me in the past
with other issues that have arisen. Thank you for your help.
