I have a form that we have been using for years. All I do once a year is to
change the name of the csv file that it creates. This year, I also changed
the folder the file goes into. It will not make the csv file. (A second
form on the site works fine.) I woud greatly appreciate if someone could
look at the code on the form page and give me an idea why the data is not
creating this file: advreg/self_results2010.csv

The form is on: http://www.njsc-online.com/regisonline/olr2self.htm

Thank you.

If you are using the FrontPage extensions for form results..then they must
go to a folder that has write access. Normally that is the _private folder
which has these permissions. If you want to store the results somewhere else
that folder must also have write access.

I've never set any acess or no access on the folders. Do I do that from
FrontPage before I publish? If so, how?

(BTW - the form is now working, and I didn't do anything to change it other
than save, update hyperlinks, save, update hyperlinks a few times.)
