Try this:

* On the Tools menu, click Options.
* On the Preferences tab, under E-mail, click Junk E-mail.
* Click the Blocked Senders tab.
* Select the email you want to remove.
* Click Remove button.
* Click OK.

Remove it from your Blocked Sender list. Since you decided to keep your
Outlook version secret, you'll have to find it yourself.
