Yes. Clip on the heatsink. At the moment, its sat there doing nothing
whilst the processor is cooking itself. You MUST use fresh thermal paste
when putting the heatsink on the CPU. Arctic Silver's website has good
instructions on how to apply the paste as each CPU type is different and
too much paste acts as an insulator, causing the CPU to heat up quicker.
