Yes, I want to copy a machine to another PC (identical hardware)
and configure it then with a new license key.

Well, that's my question.
How to get the correct sysprep for SP3 without the CD.
On the MS side I did not find a CD image.
THus I don't know where to find the syspep executable.

For a sysbackup I use a linux boot disk and dd.
Not elegant, but good enough for my purposes.

OK

the utility is a lot easier to use than the old, manual method of
slipstreaming
