That, precisely, is the road to excellence.

Whether I think them good or not, you should learn to be your own worst
critic. Only you will know when you have become good enough, indifferent to
the opinions of anyone else. Even before pressing the shutter, will you
know if that shot is even worth taking. After that, after you have become
your own worst critic, then every photograph you show to someone will bring
nothing but appreciation, praise, and their desire to see more.

Someone posting photos looking for praise, after they have already claimed
those photos to be (typo free) "Excellent", does not really believe they
are excellent. Otherwise they wouldn't have asked for feedback on them.
