only goes as far as this:

the only thing under Microsoft is Windows

AJRAMBO,

So if I back up those files you listed and I uninstalled MS Office Pro, and
reinstalled it, I'd be ok?
Her emails and folders woul;d all be ok?

Cuz, I think that's what I may have to do. I have searched everything and
tried most everything. At least anything that is linked to google and
vaguely resembles my issue.

Any other suggestion? Any thing I need to know about backing up? Where to
put it? Should I deleted it from it current position?

Sorry the linkl I provided was'nt for you it was if you used it with terminal
services :(

1. Best way to do this is to rename the outlook folders i.e C:\Documents and
Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\outlook to
C:\Documents and
Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\outlook old
and the
same for C:\Documents and Settings\stevensa\Application
Data\Microsoft\outlook to
C:\Documents and Settings\stevensa\Application Data\Microsoft\outlook old.

2. "IMPORTANT"!!!!Before you re-install outlook make a copy of these folders
just incase anything goes wrong and make sure you know her account details.
If you don't you can export her account details before you re-install from
the file menu and import back after install.

3.Reinstall outlook, once you have reinstalled outlook delete C:\Documents
and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\outlook &
C:\Documents and Settings\stevensa\Application Data\Microsoft\outlook.

4.Now rename the folders from earlier back to there orginal names.

5.setup the outlook account i.e username,password pop3, smtp and that should
be it.

If you are not sure about anything please ask before you do anything.
