I am having the same exact problem. None of my downloaded transactions are
matching automatically, instead they are requiring manual matching. Both of
my renaming rule options were on, so that was not my issue. Anyone else
have any thoughts.

It's been reported many many times in the Quicken formums.
Seems like a bug to me, but I haven't spent a lot of time on it.
My bet is there is nothing you can do but wait for new releases
to see if the behavior is changed.

Mine cleared up by going to the banking tab, summary sub-tab and then go
down Bill and Income Reminders. If there is nothing in there, click options
and uncheck "Review my accounts for candidate transactions."

Ron,
Thank you.
I had a (Schedule These ?) transaction that was overdue.
I answered NO, then the reminder lined out.
Interesting that unscheduled transactions would be included in the
reminders.

This sort of thing seems to happen every time after a new release, I
was unable to download from Discovercard until last week (must have
been something subtle that QW 2009 changed).

Guess I'll have to keep matching everything manually until the next
fix release comes out.
