Hello,

I'm very exciting about the new 11.3 but I miss my favourite tool called
"scpm". Who can help me where I can find or exist the another tool with
the same functionality?

hi houghi,

thx for your reply..... I forgot to mentioned that I had bad experience
with the network manager of KDE in the past....... so apart from
that..... as you recommended I try the network manager again within
using the KDE 4.4.4 ...... and what shall I say ............ yep .. it
works for me to and I can switch my profile between "work" and "home"....

As you say .... I only switch my lan-connection .... and nothing more
..... thx for your hint.

Maybe do you know if OpenSuSE will bring the "scpm" package to 11.3?
Many of my friends asked me.

greets
-Markus

People have reported installing the 11.2 scpm packages
in 11.3 and it works fine.

"Wrong," said Renner.
"The tactful way," Rod said quietly, "the polite way to disagree with
the Senator would be to say, `That turns out not to be the case.'"
