Now I'm getting info from the peavey forum that, due to the power being
used, I shouldn't do anything but use the 4 conductor connection on the amp
and cab as it was designed . Will I get better performance than the route
I'm going in? I'm using 10 ga cable.

In all honesty most Peavey users are not pro engineers....grain of salt and
