PLEASE give me the "exact" URL so I can download DSC20.msi.
Thank You

You're not looking for DSC20.msi. Go to Dell's main page and in their
search box type Dell Support Center. Alternately you can go to their driver
support page and type in your 7 digit Service Tag ID, (if you don't know
what that is the site will tell you where you can locate it), and it will
bring up all the software originally installed on your computer, including
all updated programs. I know there was an upgrade for Dell Support Center.
I'm not posting a link because you need to learn to do these things for
yourself. It's simple enough.
