I reinstalled Office XP on my laptop. I then went to windows update to make sure all was updated. Everything did what it was suppose to. Windows updated a lot of security fixes.. except for one. Unable to update

I normally use the automatic updates, but noticed that it was at 1% for a long time so I then cancelled my automatic update and try to do the express update from the windows update website.
