Xerces Panic Error
in [Microsoft Office]

From: Error 1328 on 1 Feb 2006 21:31 When I initially start up or do a re-start I get the following message Could not load a transcoding service XERCES PANIC ERROR What is it and how do I fix it?

From: Error 1328 on 1 Feb 2006 21:56 I did know what it had to do with. I was in process of installing sbc yahoo dsl and their true switch program, for importing addresses, had an error and every time I reboot or start up this error came up. From: garfield-n-odie on 1 Feb 2006 22:44 If you get this error when you start or restart Windows, then Outlook should not be running at that point, so I doubt the error message is related to Office or Outlook.
