No to tell you the truth, I didn't really. But, it seemed
that threads didn't degenerate for a few days. But then I
caught on. So, fine. WE get to watch this circus for a few days.

Whatever floats your boat, but remember while you're giving
this a go that Google and other archives save it for
posterity. Tis a small world out there, and you're a better man than that.

SOme will opt out of the entire newsgroup George, people who you and I would both enjoy conversing with on the relevant topics
of this newsgroup. THink about that one for awhile please.

The regulars here all know each other, who can well be
trusted for the straight dope on various issues. If a
newbie here follows or appears to be following bad advice we can set him/her straight and maybe do some education,
including for folks such as ARnie when he's not quite as
clued up as others. I'm not up on such things as
distributed 70v systems, etc. but, I know i can get the
straight dope from you, others.

Arnie is essentially a hobbyist who volunteers for the
church on Sunday mornings.
I"d like him to tell the guy mixing for the live broadcast
with a few dozen channels to control etc. that he's
performing meatball surgery.

So move on, plunk him, correct misconceptions and wrong
information when you must if you feel the need when you see
it quoted by others.

I have no more to say on this topic in this forum.

P.s> Did talk to a ham radio op while he was driving into
NYC from Syracuse says he knows you, think I fubared the
call sign though because when I did a lookup on the call
sign I wrote down I got some guy in FLorida. <oh well>.

Regards,
Richard

they started leaving when arnii started posting
they will leave because they atre annoyed with either arniis bullshit or my
attemts to suppress it
the diffrence is one of us has legit pro live sound abilities and once the
parasite is gone the flower will bloom again
as long as arnii is here there is no aapls
all we have is alt.arnii.posting -bullshit

That's a convenient lie.

AAPLS has always had a lot of turnover because of George and Phildo's steady
stream of insults.

Obviously, your attempts to supress my posts are far more egregious than the
posts themselves.

> the diffrence is one of us has legit pro live sound

The difference is that George wants to be king of AAPLS and becomes highly
irritated when things don't go his way.

It's safe to say that if George runs his live sound business like he tries
to run AAPLS, it is *not* a professional organization.

> and once the parasite is gone the flower will

AAPLS never bloomed as long as George and Phildo dominated it. They have
habitually insulted many people who posted here until they left. AAPLS was
a bad joke in the live sound industry before I started posting here, and it
has remained that way.

Agreed.

Better still, let Arny know he is not wanted round here. Right now he is
under the delusion that it is just me and George turning the whole newsgroup
against him. If everybody were to join in and let him know he is an idiot
then he may just move on or at least get the idea he is persona non grata
round here.

No he wont, he revels in the attention. I beleive it`s better to just
ignore him, just like a naughty child, that`s the thing he fears most.
