Is it just a printer sharing issue. Are you able to share folders on all
networked pcs without any problems?

On PC1 there is at least one shared folder for "everyone". But , as i
wrote in my 1st msg, when user 1 on pc2 opens a cmd window and enters
net view \\pc1 he already gets error5

I was thinking the same but how do you prevent user 1 of pc2 to access
folders of user 1 on pc1 ? User 1 of pc2 is simply not granted any
access on pc1 ... he is just allowed to use the printer there has to be
another way ... if all fails i was thinking about enabling the guest
account but even that doesn´t solve the problem

In the meantime i think i recall that user 1 on pc2 had another name
once. If this is somehow connected to the problem i don´t know how to
fix that without making things worse

Have you tried setting the Security special permission for User 1 on PC
1 (i.e. specifically denying access?) Even this can be problematic
because if he prints, he will be using spool32.dll and that probably
requires writing to a spool file. I am not sure in that case if the user
will be "System" or if it would be *that* user. I say give special
permission a shot.

Basically you would right-mouse click on the folder(s) and using the
Security tab, set a "deny" special permission. I would assume deny "List
Folders" and "Read" would be sufficient.
