I, and all the others here, understand perfectly well, Chris, you will not
give it because you cannot give it. You're not an MVP, you can lie and
create a phony MVP web site but you can't lie and fake your way onto the MVP

It installs the PC Health Center, if you don't want the actions to be
performed then don't install the .inf file.
